Exhibit Hours: 7:30 - 5:00 pm October 17, 2020

​

The continuing education meeting of the Kaiser-Din Foundation anticipating approximately 150 MDs, DOs and podiatrists. 90% expected from Central and Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.

  • Breakfast and all breaks will be held in the exhibit hall to maximize your contact with attendees.
     

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests must be made in writing, via fax or email and postmarked no later than 4 weeks before the start date of the conference. All refund requests will be assessed a $250 cancellation fee per booth.

  • FDA REGULATIONS: Exhibitors shall comply with all applicable Food and Drug Administration regulations including, without limitation, FDA restrictions on promotion approved drugs and devices for unapproved uses. Any product not FDA approved for a particular use or not commercially available in the USA may be exhibited only if accompanied by easily visible signage indicating the status of the product. Exhibitors shall have available at the booth a letter from the FDA that describes the allowable use of any drug or device exhibited.

  • Kaiser-Din Foundation maintains compliance with CPME and ACCME regulation pertaining to independence from commercial interests in the conduct of its CME programs and as such will maintain a policy which restricts exhibition of products, displays or advertising of any nature within the lecture halls. Space reservation per this form shall not be construed as endorsement of products or services by Kaiser-Din Foundation or its affiliates.

  • 8' Exhibit Table Top Fee = $1000- Includes 8' draped table, two chairs. Wifi .

  • Table Registration: Please complete and return forms with payment as soon as possible to ensure your table. As space is limited, assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. This reservation is validated upon receipt of your payment and constitutes an obligation for your organization to exhibit. Sharing of booth space is prohibited.
